Pharmaceutical industry requires high temperature sterilization of raw materials, instruments and equipment with a large amount of industrial steam and pure steam. With the use of industrial steam and pure steam, there will be a large number of high-temperature and low-pressure steam condensate water. In general, this part of high-temperature condensate water is discharged outdoors directly through traps as wastewater. However, this part of steam condensate water discharged by traps is still in the state of steam-water mixture, and still has high heat. The temperature is about 80 C, which is directly discharged, making this part of heat wasted, but also polluting the surrounding environment. In pharmaceutical enterprises, steam is mainly produced by heating natural gas and other fuels. Boilers consume a large amount of fuel every year.
