DZL new water-fired boiler hot water boiler is a new-generation boiler jointly developed by Zozen Boiler and Beijing Light Boiler Research Institute. It has enhanced combustion, enhanced heat transfer, safe and reliable water circulation, sufficient output, high efficiency, and constant output and efficiency.
Technical advantages
1. The smoke speed is selected reasonably. When the boiler performs normally in the long-term, there is no ash deposition in the threaded smoke pipes. Therefore, the boiler output and thermal efficiency do not decrease with the long-time operation time.
2. Because using high-efficiency heat-transfer threaded pipes to remove the heat-receiving surface of the tail, the length of boiler is significantly reduced compared to other types of boilers at the same tonnage, and the boiler height is significantly lower, the overall dimensions is minimum, which reduce 30% investment.
3. Due to adopts mixed circulation and large water capacity, when a sudden power failure occurs, there is no need to take special protective measures to prevent the heating surface and the medium of boiler from being damaged which result from vaporization.
4. By adopting the structure of the unstretched convex tube plate and the threaded smoke pipe, the thermal stress in the smoke pipe area of the pipe plate is significantly reduced; the water injection and ejection technology of the lower header box makes it impossible for the water wall and the high temperature tube plate to burst and crack.
