Henan Youmai Food Co., Ltd. belongs to White Elephant Food Group, established in 2013, mainly develops, produces and sells "White Elephant" and "Youmai" brand hanging noodles. Hanging noodles drying process generally has high temperature fast drying, low temperature slow drying, medium temperature medium speed drying.

Hanging noodle drying is also the most invested and technically strongest process in the whole production line, which has an extremely important relationship with product quality and production cost. The occurrence of crispy noodles, damp noodles and sour noodles in production is caused by unreasonable drying equipment and technology, so White Elephant Foods pays extreme attention when purchasing boiler equipment for Xinzheng factory. In 2017, White Elephant Foods ordered a 15-ton WNS series condensing gas boiler from Zhongzheng after layers of screening. The front and rear flue boxes of this boiler are filled with multi-layer aluminosilicate fiber, and then insulated with high temperature refractory mud to increase thermal resistance, effectively reduce heat loss and improve thermal efficiency.

The boiler equipment determines the daily output of our noodles. We are grateful to Zhongzheng for installing and commissioning this high efficiency and high quality steam boiler for our Xinzheng factory within a short period of time, which helped us to put our production line into operation smoothly.
