The 20 ton chain grate boiler drives the chain grate to rotate through the reducer, which makes the solid fuel catch fire from the front and burn out at the tail of the boiler. Compared with the fixed grate, it can improve the combustion efficiency more effectively. At the same time, the chain turns to the lower part to cool down by air cooling, which can protect the grate pieces from burning.

1. Output
The output of 20 ton chain boiler refers to the amount of steam produced per hour, and the rated output of 20-ton chain boiler is 20 tons per hour.
2. Pressure
According to the strength of the used metal materials at a certain temperature, the geometric shape and compression characteristics of the pressure parts and other conditions, and according to the relevant strength calculation standards promulgated by the state, the wall thickness of each pressure part is calculated separately, and then the lowest pressure that can be borne is selected as the highest allowable pressure of this boiler.
3. Steam temperature
