However, the specific customer needs destine that the environment-friendly oil-fired boiler has a special place in the field of boilers.
At present, the common series of condensing oil-fired boilers are mainly light diesel oil boilers, methanol boilers, alcohol-based fuel boilers, kerosene boilers and oil-fired boilers. The main types of these boilers are SZS condensing boilers and WNS horizontal fast-loading boilers. Of course, some of them use oil-fired boilers to generate electricity. Because of the particularity of the type of oil-fired boiler, its combustion efficiency is generally more than 95%, and the calorific value of oil is very high. Therefore, in the calculation of fuel consumption of oil-fired boiler, it is easy to get a satisfactory result for customers who want to buy oil-fired boiler.
1. Oil Consumption Calculation of High Efficiency Oil-fired Boilers
(1) Hourly fuel consumption of running oil-fired steam boilers = hourly gas production of oil-fired steam boilers * (fuel steam heat - feed water heat) / fuel low calorific value * boiler thermal efficiency
(2) Oil consumption = water weight (Kg) * specific heat capacity of water * temperature difference (temperature difference between inlet and outlet water) / oil heating value * boiler thermal efficiency after 1 hour operation of oil-fired hot water boiler
The above two methods are more specific, but in fact, we can use the unified calculation formula of boiler fuel consumption to estimate roughly. After the parameters of the boiler are really determined, the engineers of the boiler manufacturer can calculate it accurately.
General formula for calculating oil consumption per hour for oil-fired boilers: 3600*thermal power/fuel calorific value/boiler thermal efficiency Taking a 10-ton oil-fired boiler as an example, its thermal power is 7MW. Assuming that the combustion heat value of an oil fuel is 42Mj/kg and the fuel efficiency of the boiler is 95%, it can be concluded that the fuel consumption per hour of a 10-ton boiler is 3600*7/42/0.95, which is about 630 kg.
