The heating of biomass briquette fuel boilers is a distributed renewable energy heat with low carbon, clean, environmental protection and economy. It is an important way to implement the air pollution prevention and control action plan of the State Council and replace the heating of coal-fired boilers. Biomass briquette fuel boiler heating is a rod, block and granular fuel formed by physical pressing of agricultural and forestry biomass raw materials (crop straw, forestry residues, etc.) and burned in biomass-specific boilers to generate clean heat for industrial and civil heating.
The heating of biomass briquette fuel boiler has the characteristics of clean, environmental protection, economy and applicability. First, the technology is relatively mature, the production process of briquette fuel is simple, and the special boilers are generally grate boilers or circulating fluidized bed boilers; second, the emission of atmospheric pollutants is less, and the SO2 concentration of biomass briquette fuel boilers is lower than that of natural gas. After installing dust removal facilities, the smoke and nitrogen oxide emissions of the boilers meet the emission standards of light oil, and the briquette fuels mainly consist of forest The emission of air pollutants from boilers can meet the natural gas standard. Thirdly, it is economically feasible when the price of natural gas exceeds 3.5 yuan/cubic meter. The heating of biomass briquette fuel boilers can show cost advantages, especially industrial heating. The price of steam per ton is more than 100 yuan lower than that of natural gas without government subsidies. Fourthly, distributed heating, which directly replaces coal-fired heating in the terminal consumption side, has decentralized layout, flexible operation and strong adaptability, meets the diversified heat demand.
